Casa Quetzal is about a 20 minutes drive from Puerto Escondido. This little gem was modernized with style and love to details and Mexican artworks. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms for a total of 8 guests. Daily maid service and cooking service are provided. The oceanfront outdoor kitchen invites also to cook yourself. A private pool completes the house. It is right on the beach, you might see the turtles hatching, whales and dolphins crossing by. Ideal for 2 or 3 couples or 2 couples with (older) kids.

Payment, Deposit and Cancelation Policies: All deposits and payments are required to be made in US$. Terms of Payments: Reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking. The remaining 50% of total is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. For reservations for Christmas, New Year’s and Semana Santa, 100% of the full rental amount is due 120 days prior to reservation. Failure to pay deposit or reservation balances on time could result in loss of reservation. Cancelation policy: Cancelations must be sent by email, and will be considered effective the date received. Rental deposit less a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay is refundable if notice is received up to 91 days prior to arrival date. Cancelations between 31 and 60 days of arrival, 50% of reservation total is non-refundable (unless re-rented for the same date at the same rate). Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival receive no refund (unless re-rented for the same date at the same rate). Christmas/New Year’s and Semana Santa cancelations receive no refund if cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to arrival. Property Availability Policy: In the event that property is unavailable due to damage from hurricane, flood, fire, due to repairs not being completed on time, the owners shall not be responsible. Owners will make every effort to move guests to comparable accommodations at the original rate. If comparable property is not available, the guest agrees to accept a full refund.
